Valid for FLAPCON LTD. Special Valve Products Only
FLAPCON LTD. warrants each FLAPCON® special valve product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
If any defect occurs that the owner believes is covered by this warranty, the owner must contact immediately.
In writing to FLAPCON Technical Services or by telephone on +90 216 660 10 26. The owner will be instructed to return the valve in question to FLAPCON LTD. or an authorised representative for inspection at his own expense. If said inspection discloses to the satisfaction of FLAPCON LTD. that the valve in question is found to be defective, a replacement will be posted to the owner free of charge and FLAPCON LTD.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF EVERY KIND AND DESCRIPTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF ANY ALLEGED DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP.
Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential liability.
therefore, these limitations may not apply to you.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.

HOW MANY PIECES CAN BE ORDERED?
FLAPCON® valves and fittings are packaged in decimals for your convenience in handling, shipping and stock keeping. The number in the master carton varies by product.
FACTORY RETURN POLICY
No FLAPCON valves and fittings will be returned without prior written agreement. Transportation must be prepaid. A 20% fee will be charged to cover the cost of re-transportation and re-inspection.

Engineers, contractors, wholesalers or manufacturers can obtain specialized or technical assistance from any of FLAPCON's factory representatives.
